We at RE have been associated with National Skill Development Corporation and Tata Strive for providing apprenticeship program under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme for creating a Job ready workforce, and to train and retain Job ready workforce from apprentices from IIT and Btech colleges.
National Skill development corporation a subsidiary of Government of India is working to develop and provide active training and curriculum courses and develop workforce required for evergrowing Skill India and Make In India initiatives of the Governement of India for making India a Manufacturing Destination for the world economy.
Tata Strive is an initiative of the TCIT, aimed at actively bridging the gap between vocational education and industry needs. In FY 2017-18, Tata STRIVE began working under the aegis of Tata Trusts as a result of the Tata Group’s strategy of ‘Simplification, synergy and scale’. The move recognises the close synergies between Tata STRIVE and the broader community interventions of the Tata Trusts. Tata STRIVE is skilling youth from underprivileged backgrounds through innovations in technology, pedagogy, and methodology.
6.5 Lakh Individuals have experienced the Tata STRIVE advantage since 2014.
